Abstract Graffiti Magazine – Issue 11 (hardcover)

36,00

SCEB and OLLIO are Göteborg based pioneers of abstract graffiti in Europe. When they decided to publish a print magazine solely focusing on this topic in 2021 they once again were trailblazers in the field. Since then they managed to put out the Abstract Graffiti Magazine twice a year and it is today the most important regularly published magazine for this subgenre of graffiti with participants from all over the continent and even overseas.

After ten volumes in portrait format with Issue 11 the publishers decided to switch to landscape format which allows to better enjoy the shown works. They also almost doubled up the pages to 152 and transformed the brand new edition to a high quality hardcover book. The clean and clear layout and mostly large sized photo make the magazine something like an exhibition catalogue. It mainly shows walls, abandoned walls and murals but also surfaces like freight trains or trains. Each piece is accompanied by the artist name, location and date. This volume highlights EVOK in an interview special by Jon Jovan Rundgren, NONFUNGIBILITY, JORGEN ANDREAS 76 and KESO who all three talked about their work with Katia Hermann.
