In 2020 Italian graffiti enthusiast and researcher Andrea Ceresa came around the corner with a super unique fanzine: GRAFEMI. The publication had European masters of handstyle and tagging in focus who really stand out from common namewriting styles. He used already existing legendary Italian note books to print the zine’s five writer specials on.

Finally the 2nd volume of GRAFEMI is out and a second time Ceresa made something very special out of his idea to present remarkable writers whose way of tagging their name catches your eye immediately. The line-up unites writers from Lisboa, Antwerpen, Marseille, Varese and Berlin who present their variety of skills on 138 pages: AIRMAX, AVANTI, BLOOM77, ENR.G, HESHT, SKUBB and TECHR.

While the content shows selected marker and spray can tags on only one photo per spread it once again is printed on authentic note books, this time a spiral bound one from the Italian supermarket Esselunga. But that is not enough: the blue and yellow publications (randomly shipped) lack of any printed block letters on the content pages. The publisher used handwriting for every included text and numbers. He even teamed up with his grandfather to have his authentic writing in the book’s imprint. There is hardly a way to make each of the 200 limited copies more individual for the customer – a real must-have!
