Payment
Payment is always made in advance to our bank account, via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Sofort Überweisung, iDEAL (NL), EPS (AT), Przelewy24 (PL), Bancontact (BE), Multibanco (PT) or in cash and card payment upon local pickup. The exact selection depends on the customer’s country. Once the funds are received in our bank account, we promptly dispatch the ordered products. In some cases, however, it can take up to a week.

Delivery
Deliveries are made via DHL / Deutsche Post. Customers can choose between tracked shipping via DHL and tracked shipping via Deutsche Post. In this case the parcel is usually delivered to the mailbox (up to 800 g product weight). The usual delivery time in Germany is 2-3 working days.

  Shipping costs within Germany range from 4,00 € to 17,50 €, depending on the item weight.
• EU (via DHL)
  Shipping costs within the EU range from 14,00 € to 56,00 €, depending on the item weight and the destination country.
• EU (via national post service)
  Shipping costs within the EU range from 8,00 € to 15,50 €, depending on the item weight and the destination country. Only available up to 800 g product weight.
• Outside the EU/Worldwide (via DHL )
  Shipping costs outside the EU range from 17,50 € to 275,00 €, depending on the item weight and the destination country.
• Outside the EU/Worldwide (via national post service)
  Shipping costs outside the EU range from 8,50 € to 21,50 €, depending on the item weight and the destination country. Only available up to 800 g product weight.
• Outside the EU/Worldwide (via DHL with low insurance)
  Shipping costs outside the EU for 22,49 € with slower shipping and insurance only up to 50,00 €. Depending on the item weight and the destination country. Only available up to 1800 g product weight.

Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors reserved. By clicking the [Place Order] button, you place a binding order for the listed items on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email immediately upon receiving your order.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Prices
All prices in Germany and the EU include VAT. As of July 1, 2021, the applicable VAT rate of each EU country applies, leading to varying prices (0-25% rates). No VAT is charged for non-EU countries.

Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal: You can withdraw your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g., letter, email) or – if the item is handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the item. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this instruction in written form. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item on time. In case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received performances must be returned, and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you cannot return the received performance and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. For the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived, you only have to pay compensation if the use or the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond testing the properties and functionality. “Testing the properties and functionality” refers to the testing and trying out of the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items suitable for parcel shipment are to be returned at the customer’s expense and risk. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period for you begins with the sending of your withdrawal declaration or the item, for us with the receipt.
